As a Sales and Scheduling Admin at Captain Auto Glass, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the entire repair or replacement process. Your role is essential in helping customers feel supported and confident from the moment they reach out.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and communicates well in fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with our technicians and management team to ensure every customer receives accurate information and timely service. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to customers
- Assist customers throughout the repair or replacement process with timely updates and support
- Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow and on-time service delivery
