As a Sales and Scheduling Admin at Captain Auto Glass, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the entire repair or replacement process. Your role is essential in helping customers feel supported and confident from the moment they reach out.

You’ll work closely with our technicians and management team to ensure every customer receives accurate information and timely service. Responsibilities
