We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team and drive excellence in vehicle glass repair and replacement. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise auto glass installation, repair, and replacement projects with precision and attention to detail
- Oversee the safe handling of heavy glass components using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
- Ensure proper calibration and servicing of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) during windshield replacements
- Perform vehicle inspections, mechanical assessments, and minor auto body repairs as needed to support comprehensive vehicle care
- Coordinate with team members on the use of specialized tools such as glass assembly kits and auto estimating software
- Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and detailing post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train team members on best practices for glass installation and safety procedures while fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair with a focus on auto glass services
- Extensive hands-on experience with glass installation, assembly, and auto body repair techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto estimating software
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration processes and the integration of safety systems during windshield replacements
- Prior leadership experience managing a team of technicians or automotive specialists is highly preferred

What does a typical day look like?
Technicians travel to customer locations to repair or replace vehicle glass. Daily tasks include inspecting damage, safely removing and installing glass, calibrating ADAS systems (when applicable), and delivering excellent customer service.

We supply all major tools, safety equipment, and materials needed to perform the job. Technicians are expected to maintain company-provided tools and follow all safety protocols.
