As a Store Manager at Captain Auto Glass, you play a key leadership role in ensuring our shop runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure every repair or replacement meets our quality standards. Your leadership helps create a professional, organized, and customer-focused environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, making operational decisions, and maintaining high service standards. You’ll work closely with technicians, customer service staff, and upper management to streamline workflow and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring all repair and replacement jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Lead, train, and support store staff, fostering a positive, high-performance team environment
- Manage inventory and ordering, ensuring glass, materials, and supplies are always stocked and organized
- Maintain customer satisfaction, handling escalations, monitoring service quality, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in automotive services, retail, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate team members
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing schedules, inventory, and store workflow efficiently
